Lesante Collection to open new resort and spa in Greece

Located in the historic village of Akrotiri, the resort, called Lesante Cape, is expected to open in May 2022. It will comprise 55 guest suites and ten villas with private beach access, as well as three restaurants helmed by executive chef Aggelos Bakopoulos, and a ‘sumptuous’ wellness centre.

Based on three core principles – unwind, restore, elevate – the Armonia Wellness Centre has been described as an ‘oasis of tranquillity to relax, pamper and rejuvenate’.

Facilities will include four treatment rooms and a massage treatment suite, as well as a sauna, a hammam, an adventure shower and an indoor hot tub. A fitness centre and indoor swimming pool complete the offering.

All elements of the resort are said to have been designed with full consideration for the local environment, with ecologically designed buildings set in ‘untouched’ natural surroundings.

Interiors, inspired by traditional Greek ‘sun-loving’ architecture, will combine a neutral colour palette with natural fibres and local art to create a soothing atmosphere.

Lesante Cape will also feature an onsite bio-farm, as well as a public space, known as an agora, with artisanal shops, a taverna and an on-site museum.
